I spent most of my day inside bent over books. I have a midterm this week. I did take a short break to get lunch and to walk to San Lorenzo and scope out bags for Jenna. The weather was a great energy boost. After Wednesday I can spend all the time I want under this sky.

10 Feb. 2012  Piazza di San Lorenzo

Tomorrow I travel to the city I've been waiting to see for 10 years. Venice. And it's getting dressed up for me — or I'd like to think so. We're going for Carnevale. The least I could do for Venice in return is come decorated in a mask. I am a child on Christmas Eve.

If Interlaken takes the gold for the greatest place on Earth, Piazza Michelangelo is working its way toward a bronze or silver. Amy and I walked up the hill for the sunset. The sky looked painted. I'd like to go up there every Thursday if I can.
