This was seriously the only photo I took today. It's blurry and dark and on my point-and-shoot, but I didn't want to miss another day. So enjoy my poor photo of a delicious treat.

Italy Bucket List

I've had a mental list going for a while, so I figured with two months left it's time to make it more concrete.
I'm almost embarrassed that some of these are still on my to do list. Plus I still have more to add.

*see the sun rise from Piazzale Michelangelo
*go to Fiesole

*ride a double decker train

*sit out on the dam of the Arno for the sunset

*find the secret bakery
*go inside the Cathedral

*Day trip to Bologna [I gave up on this one. I decided I wanted an extra day in Florence for my last week. I don't regret it.]

*climb the Duomo one last time
*visit Santa Croce
*ride a vespa

*visit Uffizi gallery

*get souvenirs

*ride a donkey (in Greece)
*jump into water from some sort of rock or ledge
*go wine tasting

*Palazzo Pitti e il Giardino di Boboli

*hold a conversation with an Italian for 5 minutes without breaking [note: this was crossed off after visiting the Italian high school. I'm not sure if it was actually 5 minutes, but it's as close as I'll get]

*spend an afternoon in Cascine Park

*ride in a gondola in Venice

*find the gelato shop mom went to in '82

*get one more purse. I have a weakness. [Actually got two. I'm terrible]

*San Miniato al Monte
*complete 30 Years Later for Florence
*see a Fiorentina game

*visit Galeria dell'Academia

*see Michelangelo's David... again

*weekend in the Almafi Coast
